Account Deletion
For Merge Miko: Spirit Rush by Adisoft
Version: 15 September 2026
This page explains how to delete your Merge Miko: Spirit Rush account and what happens afterward. It supplements, and does not replace, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
⚠ Before you begin
Once the 30-day pending period described below ends, deletion is permanent. Your heroes, resources, stage progress, reward state, and cloud-save and leaderboard records cannot be recovered afterward, and we do not issue refunds for purchases already made as a result of account deletion. Review "What is deleted" and "What is not automatically deleted" below before you proceed.
1. Who this applies to
This page applies to any player with a connected account (Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple) or a guest account with cloud-save or leaderboard data. If you have only played as a guest without connecting an account and without cloud sync, uninstalling the Game removes your local save; see section 5 below for what that does and does not do.
2. How to request deletion
Method 1 — In the Game (recommended)
Open Settings → General, sign in with your connected account if you have not already, and select Delete Account. Confirm the request when prompted. This is the fastest way to submit a verified request because you are already authenticated.
Method 2 — By email
If you cannot access the Game, click the button below to generate a pre-filled email to our support team.
Method 3 — Manual template
If the button above does not work, send an email to privacy@adisoft.io with the subject line "Merge Miko — Account Deletion", including the following so we can find the right account:
Subject: Merge Miko — Account Deletion
Hello Adisoft Support,
I would like to request the permanent deletion of my Merge Miko: Spirit
Rush account and all associated data.
My details are as follows:
- In-game display name: [Enter your display name]
- Platform: [Android or iOS]
- Connected sign-in method (Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple),
if any: [Enter it]
Thank you.
3. What happens after you request deletion
Processing time. A request submitted in-game is verified immediately because you are already signed in. A request submitted by email is verified, and the account placed into the pending period below, within 14 business days of us receiving it.
Requesting deletion, whether in-game or by email, starts a 30-day pending deletion period:
- Your account and cloud-save data are deactivated from normal gameplay immediately.
- If you sign in again with the same connected account within the 30 days, the pending deletion is automatically cancelled and your account is restored.
- If you do not sign in again within the 30 days, we permanently delete or de-identify your account, cloud saves, and leaderboard records at the end of the period. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deletion may require an internet connection and renewed authentication so we can verify the request came from you.
4. What is deleted
Once the 30-day period ends, we delete or de-identify:
- Your account identifier and any linked sign-in association (Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple).
- Cloud-save data, including heroes, resources, stage progress, reward state, and save metadata.
- Online leaderboard records, including ranking, progress, and display information.
5. What is not automatically deleted
- Local device data. Uninstalling the Game removes local save data on that device, but does not by itself delete server-side records described above. If you want server-side deletion, use Method 1 or Method 2.
- Your Apple or Google account. Deleting your Merge Miko account does not delete or affect your underlying Apple ID or Google Account.
- Purchase records. Where purchases were made, we keep a de-identified transaction reference (store transaction ID and product ID, with no link to you) as needed to handle refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and applicable accounting or legal requirements, and so the same store receipt cannot be redeemed again on a new account. See the Privacy Policy's retention table.
- Optional analytics and crash diagnostics. Because Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics use their own identifiers, previously collected analytics events and crash reports may require separate handling and follow their own retention timelines (see the Privacy Policy, section 6).
- Security and support records. We may retain limited records to investigate abuse, resolve open support matters, or meet a legal preservation requirement, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
6. Cancelling a deletion request
Sign in again with the connected account you used to request deletion, any time before the 30-day period ends. No separate cancellation request is needed — signing in restores the account and stops the pending deletion.
7. Questions
Contact privacy@adisoft.io with the subject Merge Miko — Account Deletion for questions about this process, to check the status of a pending request, or to request deletion of a specific category of information rather than the whole account.
