These Terms apply when published and accepted through the Game. Revised Terms take effect in accordance with section 13 and applicable law.
These Terms govern Merge Miko: Spirit Rush (the "Game") and its related account and support services provided by ADISOFT GAMING Company Limited, 9 Ramintra 5 Yak 15, Ram Intra Road, Anusawari, Bang Khen, Bangkok 10220, Thailand ("Adisoft", "we", "us"). Contact info@adisoft.io for enquiries about the Game or these Terms.
Please read these Terms before playing. By accepting them through the Game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. These Game-specific Terms take precedence over general Adisoft terms for the Game to the extent of a conflict. Applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms also govern your use of those platforms.
The Merge Miko: Spirit Rush Privacy Policy, accessible through the Game's Privacy Policy link, explains how we process information. Accepting these Terms does not replace consent required for optional analytics, advertising tracking, or other data processing.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable consumer or other law does not allow us to exclude.
You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are a minor under the laws where you live, your parent or legal guardian must read and agree to these Terms with you, give permission for you to play, and supervise your use. A parent or guardian agreeing for a younger player is responsible for authorizing purchases as required by law.
Permission to play does not replace any separate parental consent required for processing personal information. Local legal restrictions and applicable store requirements continue to apply.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Game for your own entertainment on supported devices. You do not acquire ownership of the Game, its code, artwork, characters, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Game or its assets without authorization. Restrictions on reverse engineering or similar activity apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove rights that applicable law expressly grants.
You can play as a guest. Connecting a supported account is optional and enables supported account and cloud-save features. Protect access to your linked account and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. We will not ask you for your Apple or Google password.
Local saves, cloud saves, and purchase entitlements are different records. Guest progress may be lost if local app data is removed or becomes unavailable. Cloud synchronization requires connectivity and may be delayed or unsuccessful. When the Game asks you to choose between conflicting saves, review the choice carefully because replacing a save can overwrite progress.
We do not guarantee that every interrupted or unsynchronized action can be restored. This does not exclude any remedies you have under applicable law. A Game account deletion does not delete your Apple or Google account and does not itself request a store refund.

We may investigate suspected abuse and correct illegitimate rewards or rankings. Where reasonably possible, we will explain restrictions and allow you to contact us about mistakes. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require action without advance notice.
Gold, heroes, spins, and other virtual items are rights to use features inside the Game. They have no cash redemption value, are not deposits or investments, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside features we expressly provide.
Rewards are subject to the rules and limits shown in the Game. Random outcomes are not a promise that you will receive a particular item. We may adjust balance and reward rules prospectively, subject to applicable law and any commitments made for paid products.
Supported mobile versions may show interstitial ads and offer optional rewarded ads. Ad availability depends on connectivity, region, provider availability, and privacy settings. Choosing to start a rewarded ad does not itself establish that its completion requirements have been met.
The reward and any eligibility or daily limits are shown in the Game. A reward is due when the applicable completion conditions have been met and validated. If a technical problem prevents an earned reward from appearing, contact us so we can investigate. We do not guarantee a constant supply of ads or extra rewards when ads are unavailable.
Refusing optional advertising tracking does not prevent normal play or reduce the advertised reward for an available rewarded ad. Advertising privacy choices are separate from optional gameplay analytics.
Third-party ads may link to services with their own terms. We remain responsible for our obligations concerning the Game; this section does not disclaim responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This section applies only when the Game actually offers a purchase. A reference in these Terms does not mean that a product is currently available.
Purchases are processed through the applicable Apple or Google store. Review the product description, price, currency, and any taxes displayed before confirming. We do not require all purchases to be in US dollars. Store payment terms and applicable law govern payment processing.
Restore supported non-consumable purchases through the purchase-restoration controls using the store account that made the purchase. Verification may require an internet connection. Purchases are not promised to transfer between Apple's and Google's stores unless we expressly state that support is available.
Request refunds through the store that processed the payment or contact us for assistance. Store refund processes apply alongside your statutory rights. These Terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose the corresponding entitlement following validation.
We do not offer an automatically renewing subscription under these Terms. If that changes, we will disclose the applicable price, renewal, and cancellation terms before a subscription is purchased.

You retain rights in original feedback you submit. You allow us to use that feedback to operate and improve the Game without an obligation to compensate you, subject to applicable law. This permission does not authorize us to publish private support messages or personal information contrary to our Privacy Policy.
If you provide display information for a leaderboard, you allow us to display it for that feature, subject to our moderation rules and Privacy Policy. These Terms do not grant access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or social-media address book.
We may update the Game to fix defects, improve security, change gameplay balance, or meet platform requirements. Some updates may be necessary to continue using online features. Availability may be affected by maintenance, network problems, or provider outages.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, or legal requirement. We will act proportionately and give notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate, unless doing so would create a security risk or be prohibited by law. You can ask us to review a restriction through info@adisoft.io.
If we discontinue the Game or materially change a paid feature, we will provide appropriate notice and honor any remedies required by law. We do not promise indefinite online operation, but we do not reserve an unrestricted right to remove paid rights without legally required remedies.
You may stop using the Game at any time. For server-side account deletion, use the in-game account controls or contact privacy@adisoft.io. A deletion request starts a 30-day pending period before records are permanently removed, and signing back in during that window cancels it. Uninstalling alone does not delete server-side records. The Privacy Policy and the separate Account Deletion page explain deletion and retention in full.
We aim to provide a functioning, secure Game but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or network. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that can lawfully be excluded and liability for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such liability cannot be limited, or any statutory consumer guarantee or other non-excludable liability. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction. We do not require you to waive every claim concerning lost data, service failures, or purchases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to any mandatory protections of the country where you habitually reside. This choice does not deprive you of consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
Please contact info@adisoft.io first so we can try to resolve a concern. Doing so does not suspend legal deadlines or prevent you from using available courts, regulators, or consumer remedies. Disputes may be brought before courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not require compulsory ICC arbitration or waive a consumer's right to an available court.
We will identify the effective date of revisions and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. If renewed acceptance is required, we will request it. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or required remedies for earlier purchases. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the Game while retaining rights that apply under law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
